Joshua is currently serving as Director of Venture Funds in Mandiri Capital Indonesia - the corporate VC arm of Bank Mandiri, which is the largest corporate bank in Indonesia. He is responsible in leading fund raising and investment operations of Mandiri Capital’s new venture fund vehicle. Prior to Mandiri Capital, Joshua was the Vice President of Investments in MDI Ventures, corporate VC arm of Telkom Indonesia. Under his tenure, he led MDI Ventures’ investment department and managed to achieve a track record of 7 exits (2 IPOs and 5 M&As) in 4 years. Besides investment activities, Joshua is also involved in industry and market research where he co-led MDI Ventures' 2 whitepaper publications. Joshua holds a bachelor degree of Economics (Cum Laude) from University of Indonesia.

Kenneth is the Managing Partner of MDI VC Singapore, and he is responsible for MDI Ventures Global Expansion and Fund Initiatives. He is one of the founding members of MDI ventures and has been with the firm since the day of its inception. His experience also includes time at Deloitte and Systec VC, one of the earliest VC/venture builders in Indonesia. Subsequently, he also manages several private funds throughout his career. There are currently two funds that actively operate under his management. His investment follows the belief in a mix between value investing and sustainable growth fueled by venture investment. Throughout his career with MDI, his investment choice has contributed four out of seven exits for MDI. The sector of choice includes fintech, logistics, SaaS, and consumer tech. His next focus is to bring MDI Ventures as a globally respectable venture firm. He believes the combination of the VC model with a corporate-backed ecosystem should be one of the vital determinants of success for MDI ventures.
